Columbia Fields: Blog

Opening for Bon Jovi!

Posted on March 28, 2010
Columbia Fields wants to thank everyone for the uplifting and supportive comments and messages we've received from you all these past several days. From the moment we realized we were in the running, to the contest win, during our TV/Radio interviews all the way to perfoming in front of 6000+ people. The show couldn't have gone any better. The sound was amazing, the crowd had an extremely positive reaction to us and we made some solid contacts that night. We have a great feeling about 2010 and can't wait to see where the next road leads us. Also a big thank you to Gary Craig from 96.5TIC for a wonderful introduction and uplifting words. Stay tuned for pictures and a live recording of the performance. Thanks again everybody we love you!

Columbia Fields - February 2010

Posted on February 15, 2010
We've had a great start to the year - the three shows we had an January were some of our best shows, and we're really looking forward to the new shows we've got on the horizon.
Bridging the Gap is officially available online, so if you can't make it to a show anytime in the near future all you need to do is hop on iTunes and download it. For those of you who like your music the old fashioned way (like our bass player), you can order the CD from CDBaby.com.
We have two shows this month - the first will be at Black Eyed Sally's on Thursday, February 18th in Hartford with our good friends Addison Station. The show will start at 9PM. On Friday, February 26th, we will be playing at Public in Middletown, CT.
